The goals of the Preschool-Kindergarten class are to teach the basics of Christianity. Children will learn: Who Jesus is; Who Jesus' mother was; How to talk to Jesus, are just a few of the topics that will be covered in this class. The children will also gain an understanding of why we should reverence God and show respect for God’s Holy Scriptures. “Fear of the LORD is the foundation of wisdom. Knowledge of the Holy One results in good judgment.” Proverbs 9:10
Primary I Class (1st & 2nd Grades)
The goals of the Primary class are to teach the basics of Christianity and begin ushering the children into reading and learning Biblical principals. In addition to the key points from the Preschool class, children will learn: the divisions of the Bible, the first five books the Old and New Testaments, will be able to recite John 3:16 and expound on the significance of this scripture to the Christian faith.
Primary II Class (3rd - 5th Grades)
The goals of the Primary II class are to usher children into a relationship with God through His Word. Children in this class will not only learn the key points identified in Preschool and Primary classes, they will be able to recite the first 15 books of the Old and New Testaments and define Old Testament sections Genesis – Ezra and New Testament sections Matthew – II Timothy. Children in this class will walk away with the knowledge of the significance of John 3:16 as well as the Fruit of the Spirit in Galatians 5:22-23.
Juniors Class (6th - 8th Grades)
The goals of the Junior High School class are to assist the children with practical application of God's Word to daily living, critical thinking on the Word and an understanding of the walk of a Christian. They will learn John 3:16, the Fruit of the Spirit in Galatians 5:22-23 and the Beatitudes in Matthew 5:3-11. Children will commit to memory the first 25 books of Old, Genesis - Lamentation and New Testaments, Matthew - 3 John and define the divisions contained within.
High School Class (9th - 12th Grades)
The goal of the High School class is to usher them into young adulthood by teaching them how to stand on the principals of the Word of God, the unfailing love of God and His constant companionship. They will also learn the Articles of Faith and their significance to the Baptized Believer. At a minimum, this group will know the first five of the eighteen Articles of Faith; the Beatitudes identified in Matthew 5:3-11, 25 or more books of the Old and New Testaments and define the divisions contained in within.
Young Adult Class (Ages 18yrs - 29yrs )
The goal of the Young Adult class is to develop leaders for tomorrow through Christian teaching and sound biblical principles found in the Word of God through examination of context and culture of God's Holy Word. The Young Adult class will enhance their understanding of living in a way that protects them from harmful thinking and behavior because they know who God is and who they are in Christ.
