The Christian Education Ministry will develop, foster and promote Christian educational programs that will equip the Mind, Body and Spirit of children, youth and adults for discipleship.
The Diaconate (Deacon) Ministry serves the Disciples of Pleasant Grove Baptist Church by assisting the Pastor in ministering to the spiritual and practical needs in love and compassion while ensuring the fiduciary responsibilities of the church are maintained through competent stewardship of church resources.
Clothing Ministry
The Clothing Ministry is an outreach ministry following the mandate, "when I was naked you clothed me," through clothing distribution and evangelism.
The Deaconess Ministry serves as an extension of the Deacon Ministry by assisting the Pastor in caring for the congregation with an emphasis on Pastoral Care and Ordinance preparation to ensure reverence to the Lord is maintained.
CULINARY MINISTRY
The mission of the Culinary Ministry is to plan, prepare, and serve nutritious meals for church events.
gREETER mINISTRY
The Greeter Ministry is an outreach ministry that welcomes our guest and displays radical hospitality and secures information for continued contact with the Pleasant Grove Baptist Church family.
The Media Ministry assist in the fulfillment of spreading the Gospel of Jesus Christ by utilizing the various methods of technology available.
The Music Ministry mission is to proclaim the Word of God through music that motivates and inspires worshippers to usher in and receive the presence of God through praise and worship.
Health and Wellness MINISTRY
The Health and Wellness Ministry assist disciples by promoting physical, emotional and spiritual health through education and community resources.
sENIOR wOMEN mINISTRY
The Senior Women Ministry mission is to foster a Christian atmosphere to be modeled by younger generations through Example, Precept and Love.
USHER MINISTRY
The Usher Ministry provides an internal service to guest and disciples through general care of the worship space and promoting an environment where all feel welcome.
YOUNG ADULT MINISTRY
Young Adult Ministry (Y.A.M) is called to encourage young adults through Christian teaching and living, thereby preparing leaders for tomorrow.
yOUTH mINISTRY
The Youth Ministry educates and evangelizes children and teens to Christian lives that honors self, peers and elders of the community.
